Non-Emergency Response

Along with responding to emergent needs of our customers we provide non-emergency response to medical needs. These services include response to customer's residence for non-emergent needs, Doctor's appointments, Radiation therapy appointments, dialysis, and day surgery appointments.

We also respond directly to the scene of emergencies to assist on scene 911 ambulances with transporting patients to distant hospital facilities, while ensuring their ambulances can stay in service for other 911 calls.
